1 - What is included in the order?
Each shipment sent by Neon Mood is managed by our team managers, not in an automated way but individually to ensure each individual customer the right care and attention to detail.

2 - How does assembly work?
Mounting a Neon Mood product is very simple. Open the box, fix the product to a wall and plug it in! The nails are included.
3- How does delivery work?
For purchases of products on the site, Neon Mood reserves 15 -20 working days for delivery of the piece in Italy and up to a maximum of 25 working days for foreign countries.
For customized Neon orders, Neon Mood reserves a maximum time of 25 working days from the approval of the estimate agreed with the customer for the delivery of the finished product.

The time indicated is estimated to always guarantee the maximum care and quality of all products.
4 - How much does delivery cost?
Delivery within Italy is always free except for shipping within Europe and outside Europe.
For Europe:
Delivery to Spain, France and Switzerland is €55.00. For other countries send an email to neonmoodroma@gmail.com
Shipping service: Express courier
Shipping time: 7 to 25 business days
For non-European countries:

5 – Duration of the warranty
The guarantee is valid for two years from delivery of the product, is non-waivable and can be asserted by the consumer directly against the seller, in the event that the consumer good purchased presents a lack of conformity with respect to the sales contract.

7 - Right of withdrawal
Neon Mood is particularly attentive to the needs and expectations of its customers.
We guarantee returns only and exclusively in the event that the product:
- Either defective or malfunctioning
- It is delivered in an incorrect manner (broken, damaged)
- Does not correspond to the order placed by the customer
The customer has the option to request a return within 14 days of delivery of the product .
